This Privacy Policy explains how Wiley & Co LLC, doing business as NeonTease (“NeonTease,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use neontease.com (the “Site”) or purchase products from us. By using the Site you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

• Information you provide: name, email address, shipping & billing address, phone number, and payment details when you place an order, sign in, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us. Payment card data is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Account information: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
• Order history: products you've purchased, variants you've added to your wishlist, and order status.
• Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP. Collected via standard server logs and cookies.

2. How we use your information

• To process and fulfill your orders, including communicating with shipping carriers and our wholesale partners.
• To send order confirmation, shipping notification, and customer-service emails.
• To send marketing emails if you have subscribed to our newsletter (you can unsubscribe from any of these emails at any time).
• To prevent fraud, secure your account, and comply with legal obligations.
• To improve the Site, our products, and your shopping experience.

3. Sharing your information

We share information only with the following categories of recipients, and only as necessary to operate the Site or fulfill your order:

• Payment processors (Stripe) to process your transactions.
• Shipping carriers and our wholesale fulfillment partner (BodyZone Apparel) to deliver your order to you.
• Email and SMS service providers (Amazon SES) to send transactional and marketing communications.
• Analytics providers if and when configured (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and Stripe-hosted payment collection so that we never see full card numbers. We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill your orders, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Children

The Site is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we may have done so, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or by email.
