We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right — and what we can't accept back for hygiene reasons.
Items eligible for return
- Returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and hygienic liners attached.
- In the original packaging.
Items we cannot accept
For hygiene and health reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Thongs, G-strings, panties, and other underwear.
- Bodysuits, monokinis, and one-piece swim/festivalwear.
- Bikini bottoms.
- Items with the hygienic liner removed, broken seal, or signs of wear.
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page.
Bikini tops, accessories, and other non-intimate items are generally returnable per the eligibility rules above.
How to start a return
- Email us at sales@neontease.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with a return shipping address and instructions within 1–2 business days. Do not ship anything back without first receiving instructions; unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Pack items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Drop off the package at your shipping carrier of choice. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few additional days before the refund appears on your statement.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, request a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This way you get the new item faster than waiting for the return to clear first.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email sales@neontease.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll cover return shipping (if needed) and either replace the item or refund the order in full.
Refund timing
- We process refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds typically post to your account within an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel, email us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order has been sent to fulfillment we are unable to cancel it; you can request a return after delivery per the policy above.
