Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of neontease.com (the “Site”) operated by Wiley & Co LLC, doing business as NeonTease (“NeonTease,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account

If you sign in (e.g. with Google), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at sales@neontease.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Orders and pricing

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or out-of-stock items.
• An order is not accepted until you receive an order confirmation email. A successful charge does not by itself guarantee acceptance.
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable law.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. By submitting payment you authorize Stripe and us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order (including taxes and shipping). Card data is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

5. Shipping

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are described on our Shipping page. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you on delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are handled per our Returns & Refunds policy. Because of the intimate nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

7. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions) is the property of NeonTease or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers, including via automated scraping at unreasonable rates.
• Submit content that is fraudulent, harassing, or infringes the rights of others.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeonTease and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Site or the products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the items giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
